Romantic Cranberries

Winter 2010 gave us some gorgeous sunset's

We spent many an evening sat about the grounds of Hills Farm...whatever the season.

These photos show how wonderful devon is when the nights start to draw in, on this occasion the sky turned a red pink, however at other times through the year the colour of the sky changes constantly. Another fascination, is that there seems to be more stars in the sky at night here at Cranberries..can that be real?

Around Hills Farm

We are surrounded at Hills Farm by beautiful countryside

The River Axe runs through our fields, which you often find the local bovine community grazing on. The Farm covers around 100 acres of land within the Hills running through the Axe Valley, and we are extremly lucky to have the rights to the River Axe, its beautiful banks home to lots of widlife, we could rave about it for days, have a look at these pictures and you'll understand why.

December 2010, Let it snow!

Hills Farm, Cranberries Barns and The Surrounding Area...

Even when its cold, we think Hills Farm is one of the most beautiful places to be in Britain. In December of last year, the whole of the UK was more or less snowed in. It certainly affected us too in Devon! Whilst the work on the farm slowed, we got out and about and took a few pictures. We're sure you'll agree, the snow makes the countryside even more appealing.
